Welcome to The Groovy Tutor, LLC!

With 28 years of teaching experience, I’ve spent the majority of my career in middle school and high school English Language Arts classrooms, helping students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and discover their potential. Supporting students at different levels and learning styles has always been at the heart of what I do.

Outside of education, I’ve been happily married to my wife, Regina, for 27 years. Together, we’ve raised three children and are now proud grandparents to two granddaughters—family is a huge part of who I am and why I’m so passionate about helping other families succeed.

My family and I started The Groovy Tutor, LLC with a clear goal: to provide high-quality, flexible virtual tutoring that fits into today’s busy schedules. We understand how challenging it can be to balance school, activities, and family life, so we’ve designed our services to be convenient, effective, and personalized.
